Binding Deal with Ucore for U.S. REE Refining Independence

We’re pleased to announce that Metallium Ltd has signed a binding collaboration agreement with Ucore Rare Metals.

This 12-month agreement establishes the first end-to-end U.S. pathway for refining rare earth elements (REEs) from feedstock to separated oxides – a capability until now almost entirely confined to China.

By integrating Metallium’s Flash Joule Heating (FJH) technology with Ucore’s RapidSX™ separation platform, we’re advancing U.S. REE refining independence, reducing supply chain risk, and unlocking new opportunities in magnet recycling and heavy REEs like Dy and Tb.

This partnership reinforces Metallium’s commitment to building a secure, sovereign U.S. critical metals supply chain.
