The report is complete and compliant, and trading in the Company’s securities is expected to resume shortly. Importantly, this lodgement delay was administrative only, with no impact on the Company’s operations, projects, or financial position. The Board has reviewed internal processes and implemented additional safeguards to ensure future reporting obligations are met without delay. The Company announces the appointment of Dennis Wilkins as Company Secretary with immediate effect, replacing Simon Adams, who has stepped down from the role. The Company would like to thank Mr Adams for his services as CFO and Company Secretary since the Company’s IPO in 2021.
