MTM provides the following information for the purposes of ASX listing rule 17.1: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a major commercial collaboration with a multinational resources company. The collaboration involves use of the Company’s Flash Joule Heating technology to deal with a waste stream. MTM requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of: (i) MTM making an announcement to the market regarding the material commercial collaboration; or (ii) the commencement of trading on 13th March 2025. MTM expects to finalise the details around the commercial collaboration during the trading halt period. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, or that the ASX has asked for.
